Many benefits I gave 4 stars because I'm not thrilled about the soybean oil. I understand that others may use this vitamin differently. I was born with vitamin A deficiency, which caused itchy skin eruptions on my hands since childhood. Studies show it relates to liver issues, as vitamin A is stored there. I found relief with cod liver oil back in the 70s. This deficiency has various implications, including asthma and joint issues. Fish liver oil can help with infection when used both topically and internally. While everyone's needs differ, my experience over almost 40 years has been clear about the benefits.

I really appreciate this vitamin A – it’s strong and I take it when I feel under the weather to enhance my immune system, particularly when I suspect I might be coming down with a viral infection. It's easy to swallow and has no aftertaste.
